The Department of Physical Education is a non-degree granting department, offering courses to all undergraduate students, including the physically handicapped.
The physical education courses are theoretical and practical. They cover a wide range of sports. The instructors are all specialists in their branches.
Most of the courses are beginners classes. The department
also provides the necessary equipment for the courses. In some branches,
there are also advanced sections. In addition, the department offers coaching
courses in selected branches.
