RECTOR'S OFFICE (VAN MILLINGEN LIBRARY)

The Van Millingen Library, which also housed administrative offices, was completed in 1932. It is said to be the first modern library in Turkey. The Van Millingen Library houses offices for the Rector, Vice-Rectors plus the General Secreteriat, Personnel, Research and Planning Offices.
