When you have your username and password from Computer Center and you first log in your Webmail account, please do not forget to set up your secret question. "Secret Question" link is in the "Options" at the top of your Webmail interface.
While filling out this section please choose a question which is not related to your actual password and which can be only answered by you. This question is required if you loss your password. Please be careful about the answer because when you are asked, you must enter your answer exactly as you entered it to get a new one.
When you click "Forgot your Password" option on Webmail mainpage, your username and then a question will be asked. If your answer is correct, the system will automatically generate a new password and send it to your alternative e-mail account that your specified before. The reproduction of a new password is for your security and protection. After getting the new password it will be safer to change your secret question and answer with your password.
